Canceling a subscription
You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal identified in your account or purchase receipt. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, access and remaining included monthly credits continue through the current paid period.
Monthly credits
Included plan credits reset each usage period, do not roll over, and have no cash value. Unused monthly credits are not refunded when a subscription is canceled.
Purchased credit packs
Purchased credits are tracked separately from monthly plan credits and do not expire while the applicable service and account remain available, unless different terms are disclosed before purchase. Used credits are not refundable. Unused credit-pack purchases are generally nonrefundable after delivery, except where required by law or when KCW confirms a duplicate charge or material delivery failure.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms, usage, reason, transaction date, and applicable law. Contact support@kcwintelligence.com with the account email, product, purchase date, transaction reference, and reason. Do not send a payment-card number.
If the receipt identifies a merchant of record such as Paddle or an app store, that provider processes the refund under the checkout terms and legally required consumer rights. KCW support will help route the request.
Duplicate charges and service failures
Report suspected duplicate charges promptly. If a paid credit or subscription entitlement was not delivered because of a verified technical failure, KCW may restore the entitlement, replace the credit, or issue a refund as appropriate.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Any more favorable terms shown at checkout or required by the merchant of record also apply.
